AI front desk

Built for the front desk you don't have

In a one- or two-person clinic the phone rings while somebody is on the table. The assistant answers on the website instead — what you treat, how a first visit goes, whether you take a particular insurance — and sends anyone ready to book to the system the clinic already uses. Anything it should not answer goes to a person. Messaging stays opt-in. The consent box on every form is optional and unchecked by default, the form submits without it, and STOP or HELP works on anything that follows. That is a commitment made to the carriers, not a preference.

Sell what you dispense

A clinic that dispenses herbs can sell them from the same site. The catalogue is searchable by pinyin, 中文 or English name and shows all three, with a table view for practitioners who order by the line. Customers get accounts; professional accounts are reviewed by hand and see their own pricing. A formula builder prices a custom formula against the same catalogue and ends at the basket. Checkout runs on the clinic's own Stripe account — Bloma never holds the money — and the orders, the stock and the reports sit in the same admin as everything else. And where being right matters more than sounding right — herb safety, for one — only reviewed knowledge is allowed to become a rule the system will state.
